Connector privacy notice

How the GoForma connector at https://tools.goforma.com/mcp handles information. Last updated 9 October 2026.

This notice covers the connector only. Our main privacy policy applies to everything else, including what happens if you become a client. The controller is Ember Nine Ltd, trading as GoForma, company number 11871779, 40 Bowling Green Lane, London, EC1R 0NE.

What the connector receives

Your AI assistant decides when to call a tool and what to send. The connector receives only the values passed to the tool it calls, such as an income figure or a profit figure. It does not receive your conversation, your assistant's memory, chat history or files, and it does not know who you are. Your assistant provider's own privacy policy governs your conversation with it.

Calculators, pricing and quotes

When a calculator, get_pricing or get_instant_quote runs, we use the values sent to work out the answer and return it. We do not save those values to any database, and we do not link them to you.

Our hosting and database providers keep short-lived technical request logs, which can include the values sent and the network address of your assistant's platform. We use them only to fix faults and prevent abuse, and they are deleted automatically within 30 days.

Consultation requests

If you ask your assistant to request a consultation, request_consultation sends us your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your message and the type of help you want. We record that the enquiry came through the connector.

We use these details to reply to you. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We save the enquiry in our enquiry database and customer records, alert our team internally, and send you an automatic acknowledgement email.

We do not add you to marketing unless you separately agree to it. If you become a client, the enquiry becomes part of your client record and our main privacy policy sets how long we keep it. If you do not, you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who processes it

We use these providers, each under contract as our data processor:

• Cloudflare: hosts the connector.
• Xano: runs the calculators and stores enquiries.
• Resend: sends the acknowledgement email.
• Airtable: our customer records.
• Slack: internal alert to our team.
• Make: moves enquiry details between these systems.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, the safeguards described in our main privacy policy apply. We do not sell information, show advertising, or use connector data to train AI models.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@goforma.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
